 Reservation Requirements for Local Buyers
  • Upon reservation, buyers will be asked to fill up a Reservation Agreement form with a reservation fee of P20,000 per lot.
  • Reservation fee is non-refundable and non transferable and is valid for 30 days only. The following documents must be submitted within the 30 days from reservation:
  • Signed reservation agreement form.
  • Photocopy of valid ID.
  • Special Power of Attorney should be executed for buyers outside the country and is signed and sealed by the Philippine Consul.
  • Valid ID of the Special Power of Attorney holder.
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN) of buyer.
  • Community Tax Certificate Number (CTC) if applicable.
After submission of the required documents, buyers will be asked to sign a Contract to sell. To avoid the cancellation of the reservation, please make sure to submit all the above documents within 30 days from the reservation date.

Has the capacity to acquire and encumber real property
Has passed satisfactory background/credit check by the Developer and HDMF

 PAG-IBIG LOAN AMOUNT
A qualified Pag-ibig member shall be allowed to borrow up to a maximum of P2,000,000.00 pesos which shall be based on the lowest of the following:
The member’s actual need
His loan entitlement
Loan-to-collateral ratio
Loan entitlement based on contribution: For every P100.00 a member is
entitled to P125,000.00 loan amount. For example, a member has a monthly contribution of P800.00 he is entitled to P1,000,000.00 maximum loanable amount; and for P1,600.00 contribution, he is entitled to P2,000,000.00 maximum loanable amoun
